Pensando alla licenza dei video mi sono chiesto se, considerata la nota
complessità della legge italiana, una licenza già adottata altrove sia
veramente la cosa migliore.
Per quanto riguarda il multimedia io uso sempre le licenze [1] Creative
Commons italiane, in quanto già adattate ai cavilli legali del nostro
paese. Non so se questo possa essere effettivamente interessante per i
video della DCC-it ma, riprendendo il testo sopra, proporrei una
licenza CC di tipo [2] BY-SA: il BY (attribution, necessario in Italia)
e il SA (share-alike, ovvero le opere derivate devono essere a
loro volta rilasciate sotto licenza CC BY-SA) perché anche nella licenza
di Gabriella Coleman si permette ogni uso, non vietandone neanche gli
utilizzi commerciali e si richiede di riportare lo stesso "copyright
notice", quindi opere derivate avranno la stessa licenza.

Che ne pensate?
